Beaded Hag Stone Necklace on Black Leather #2

Beaded Hag stone necklace representing adventure and mentorship, like this Hag Stone #2, was collected on trips with kiddos in creeks and rivers.

The second necklace is strung on black leather, total measurement around 30 inches, around the neck the pendant hangs around 16 inches. Black leather cord is adjustable with slip knots. The adjustability allows the pendant to be worn low or high.

The hag stone was washed, cleaned, and left unfinished. Paints or sealers that could irrtate the skin were not used. Beads lightly decorate the pendant leaving the focus on the hag stone itself.

For me, my favorite folklore attached is from the Irish culture, and the belief that if someone were to touch the stone they are blessed with the gift of gab, the ability to talk to random people and friends.  Give your yourself and friends the gift of gab.
